These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OjasAI mobile application (the “App”) provided by Stratos Tech Labs (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OjasAI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OjasAI is an AI-powered personal dietitian. The App generates dietary recommendations based on your dietary preferences, nutritional goals, and available ingredients. The service includes:

  • AI-generated daily meal plans with multiple options per meal slot.
  • Meal swapping and regeneration based on preferences or cravings.
  • Nutritional information (calories, macronutrients) for meal templates.
  • Offline caching of meal plans for use without internet.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use OjasAI. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Accounts

The App may operate without requiring an account. If account features are introduced in the future, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or services.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its content.

6. Medical Disclaimer

OjasAI is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice.

The meal plans and nutritional information provided by the App are for general informational purposes only. They are generated by AI and may not account for all individual health conditions, allergies, medications, or specific dietary needs.

You should always:

  • Consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes.
  • Not rely solely on OjasAI for managing medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, eating disorders, or food allergies.
  • Seek immediate medical attention if you experience adverse health effects related to your diet.

We disclaim all liability for health outcomes arising from your use of the App's dietary recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — are owned by Stratos Tech Labs and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. AI-Generated Dietary Recommendations

Meal plans and dietary suggestions are generated using AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies, or nutritionally suboptimal suggestions. We continuously improve the App but do not guarantee the accuracy of all outputs.

9. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or unavailability of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratos Tech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

  • Health issues resulting from following dietary recommendations.
  • Loss of data or interruption of service.
  • Allergic reactions from ingredients in suggested meals.
  • Inaccurate nutritional calculations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratos Tech Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
