Stratos Tech Labs (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the OjasAI mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.

By downloading or using OjasAI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Dietary preferences: Calorie targets, dietary restrictions, cuisine preferences, and meals-per-day settings.
  • Meal interactions: Which meals you accept, swap, regenerate, or mark as liked/disliked.
  • Ingredients: Pantry items you voluntarily enter for dietary recommendations.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: Device model, operating system version, and a randomly generated anonymous device identifier.
  • Crash and performance data: We collect anonymous crash reports and performance metrics to improve app stability.
  • Usage analytics: Anonymous usage patterns such as which features are used most frequently, session duration, and screen navigation.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or physical address unless you voluntarily contact support.
  • We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location.
  • We do not collect or store payment information.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate personalized meal plans based on your preferences and goals.
  • Learn your taste over time through your meal interactions (the “Learning Loop”).
  • Improve the accuracy and relevance of dietary recommendations.
  • Diagnose and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
  • Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the App.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Local storage: Meal plans and preferences are cached on your device using encrypted local storage for offline access.
  • Cloud storage: Data is processed through our secure cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • AI processing: Dietary recommendations are generated using AI technology. We send only anonymized dietary context — never personal identifiers.

4. Data Retention

OjasAI does not require an account. All your data — meal plans, preferences, and interaction history — is stored locally on your device. When you uninstall the App, all data is permanently deleted. There is no server-side data to manage or request deletion of.

5. Children's Privacy

OjasAI is not intended for children under 13. Since we do not collect personal information, there is no risk of children's data being stored.

6. Your Rights

Since OjasAI does not create accounts or store personal data on our servers, you are in full control of your data at all times. Simply uninstalling the App removes all stored information. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us at admin@stratostechlabs.com.
